Cage Legacy “The Aftermath” Preview

Cage Legacy returns this Saturday, April 3, as the Irish based promotion brings some much needed Mixed Martial Arts action to our shores. Some of the best prospects that Ireland has to offer will be taking part on this card with fights set up at amatuer and professional levels.

The PPV can be purchased here for 10 euro, and that is what you call value for money with an abundance of talent on show. If you are a fan of the sport and want to support Irish MMA it’ll be well worth tuning in for.

The main event will feature a phenomenal fight between Pa Lehane (SBG Cork) and Leon Hill (Team KF). Lahane will make his pro debut when he faces off against Hill in the headliner. Hill will compete under pro rules for the second time after making his debut at Cage Warriors 116. The Team KF fighter lost that fight after taking it at short notice and has a chance at redemption in this mouth watering main event.

Kenny Mokhonoana (C-Mac), brother of Bellator featherweight Fran’s Mlambo also will make his pro debut when he takes on Matai Zara (Fantom) in the lightweight division. Francis O’Brien (Full Power) will also debut in the featherweight division against Nikola Ivanovic (Impetus MMA).

Scott Harvey (SBG Charlestown) is chalked down for featherweight contest with Dorian Cliucuniciv, that fight will take place under professional rules. Kamil Wincenciak (Team KF) and Ciaran Mulholland will lock horns in a flyweight encounter that will be set under pro rules.

Two amatuer title fights are scheduled to take place on the main card. Alexander O’Sullivan (C-Mac) and Sean McConnell (SBG Charlestown) will battle it out for the vacant lightweight strap. In the light-heavyweight division, champion Karl Riordan (SBG Charlestown) will defend his belt against Jordan O’Neill (Kombat JJ), that fight opens up the main card.

The card is also stacked with a fantastic undercard. Fifteen bouts in total, featuring some of the best up and coming fighters Ireland has to offer.

You can see the official fight card below. All the action can be watched on PPV, you can buy the PPV if you click right here. The card kick’s off at 6pm Irish time.
