Chad Griggs moves to UFC to face Travis Browne at UFC 145

Yet another Strikeforce heavyweight moves over to the UFC, as Chad Griggs makes his UFC debut against Travis Browne in March 2012 in Montreal.

The news was revealed by the UFC today.

American fighter Chad “The Grave Digger” Griggs (11-1-0) is currently on a 6-fight winning streak, defeating the likes of Bobby Lashley, Gianpiero Villante and Valentijn Overeem.

A former member of the Tucsan Scorpions team in the IFL, Griggs has knocked out nine of his twelve opponents and will be looking to make a huge statement against Browne in his UFC debut.

Undefeated Travis “Hapa” Browne (12-0-1) was last seen at UFC 135, defeating Rob Broughton via decision. Prior to that, he impressively knocked out Stefan Struve with a superman punch.
