Dominick Cruz injured; out of fight with Urijah Faber at UFC 148

Many sources are reporting that Ultimate Fighter coach Dominic Cruz (19-1) has been forced to withdraw from his slated UFC 148 bout with rival Urijah Faber (26-5)

It is being reported that the injury is to the ACL in his knee.

Could the UFC use this to show Renan Barao to the mainstream audience, in a huge main event fight against one of the biggest draws in the lighter weight classes in Faber?

In previous years when coaches have picked up injurys (i.e Tito Ortiz) they have been replaced on The Ultimate Fighter by a new coach, so we can expect a swift decision by the UFC and Dana White.
