Cage Warriors 50 heading to Glasgow, Scotland in December

Scotland will host Cage Warriors Fighting Championship for the very first time before the end of the year.

Officials have confirmed that Cage Warriors 50 will take place at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow on Saturday, December 8, 2012.

The event will follow another CWFC first, with Cardiff set to be the venue for the organisation’s debut show in Wales, Cage Warriors 49, on October 27.

“Scotland is a hotbed of MMA talent at the moment so we’re delighted to be going there for the first time to give these guys an international platform to show the world what they’re made of,” said Cage Warriors CEO Graham Boylan.

“Some of the best performers on Cage Warriors in recent years are Scottish-based and you can expect to see a lot of them in action, as well as some top-quality international fighters as always.

“We’ve had so many great shows already this year but Cage Warriors 50 will definitely have the potential to be one of the very best.”
