Ross Pointon set to headline Celtic Gladiator: Day Of War

Celtic Gladiator have announced that UFC and The Ultimate Fighter veteran Ross “The Gladiator” Pointon will face Mateusz Teodorczuk for the welterweight title at GC: Day of War

‘The Gladiator’ is known for his toughness and his willingness to fight anyone, even on short notice and holds a win over UFC’s Francis Carmont, also having fought the likes of Michael Bisping and even heavyweight Valentijn Overeem, brother of Alistair but Pointon is on a six fight losing streak following his Cage Contender main event loss to Conor Cooke.

The event, Celtic Gladiator: Day of War, will be held on 9th February 2013 in The Citywest Hotel, Dublin and will also feature Niko Puhakka vs Wesley Murch
