The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has announced that tickets to the official weigh-ins ahead of UFC Fight Night Dublin: McGregor vs. Brandao will go on general release on Friday 4th July at 10:00 a.m. Tickets will be free of charge.

The weigh-ins will take place at The O2 arena, Dublin, on Friday 18th July. Doors will open to the public at 2:30 p.m., with the weigh-ins beginning at 4:00 p.m.

With thousands of fans expected to apply for tickets to the event, the UFC advises interested parties to secure their tickets early to avoid disappointment.

UFC Fight Night Dublin will be headlined by Dublin’s own Conor “The Notorious” McGregor and Brazil’s Diego “DB” Brandao. McGregor will be making his highly anticipated comeback in front of a home crowd after almost a year on the sidelines as a result of an ACL tear. Brandao, meanwhile, will be looking to silence the Irishman once and for all when they step into the Octagon.

In the co-main event, welterweights Gunnar “Gunni” Nelson and Zak Cummings go head to head. With Nelson coming into the fight on a broken run of 12 wins, and Cummings fresh of the back of a four-fight winning streak himself, neither will be willing to give up their string of success easily.

The main card at UFC Fight Night Dublin will also feature the long-awaited bout between Brad “One Punch” Pickett and Ian “Uncle Creepy” McCall, together with an explosive lightweight bout between Northern Ireland’s Norman “Stormin” Parke and Japan’s Naoyuki Kotani.

Irish eyes will also be firmly fixed on the prelim card, as Dublin’s own Neil “2Tap” Seery takes on Englishman Phil “Billy” Harris, and Patrick “The Hooligan” Holohan makes his UFC debut in his hometown against Josh “The Gremlin” Sampo. Fresh off the back of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Edgar vs. Team Penn, Dublin favourite Cathal “The Punisher” Pendred also makes his UFC debut on the card, as he takes on fellow TUF 19 competitor Mike King, in what promises to be a heated battle.
