Conor McGregor Donates €50,000 to 8-Year-Old’s Charity Cycle for Cancer

Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor has pledged a donation of €50,000 to an 8-year-old boy’s GoFundMe campaign, which was set up to raise money for St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre in Beaumont Hospital and the Irish Cancer Society.

Eight-year-old Eoin McCormack’s grandfather Des was recently treated for cancer in St. Luke’s, and the Dublin child wanted to raise funds for those who took such good care of his grandad by cycling a marathon. Eoin was due to be making his 1st Holy Communion today, but instead he is taking on the 26-mile challenge for a good cause.

Responding to a tweet thanking him for the donation, McGregor again posted support for the child:
