UFC Announce May 30 Event Pending Nevada Approval

The UFC will likely return to our screens on May 30 with a welterweight main event between Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns.

UFC president Dana White previously stated that he wanted to hold the event in Las Vegas at the UFC Apex facility.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission revealed plans on Thursday for a meeting on May 27 where the governing body will discuss plans for COVID-19 protocols for events to return to the state without audiences in attendance.
