Jason Kearns set for 21-Day Turnaround at UAE Warriors 14

Jason Kearns is set for a 21-day turnaround following his successful pro debut earlier this month. Kearns (1-0) is scheduled to face Youssef Al Housani (2-0) in a 63kg catchweight bout at UAE Warriors 14 on Friday 27th November in Dubai.

Wexford native Kearns—who lives and trains in Dubai under the watchful eye of Cage Warriors veteran Mervyn Mulholland at Bushido MMA—made his pro MMA debut at Human Fighting Championship 1 earlier in November. Despite some interesting scorecards announced, Kearns’ hand was raised as he was awarded the split decision victory over Terence Sameh (0-1).

Just three weeks later, “Blockhands” will make the walk to the cage once again. The engineering teacher turned fighter will face a step up in competition as he takes on the undefeated Al Housani, who has competed twice in MMA, winning via submission in June and TKO in July.

UAE Warriors takes place on Friday 27th November. Keep an eye on the SevereMMA.com website and social media accounts for more details on the broadcast stream closer to the event.
