In Episode 29, the lads are joined by Alexander O’Sullivan ahead of his Cage Warriors debut on Saturday 29th April at CW 153 in Dublin. Later in the show, Premier FC promoter Niall Sunderland joins the show to preview the upcoming PFC 6 event in St. Finbarr’s GAA in Cork.

Ian, Andy, and Caoilte talk Kiefer Crosbie’s big win over Alex “Cowboy” Oliveira, Leah McCourt putting on a career-best performance in a razor-close loss to Cat Zingano, and Will Fleury’s winning start in the PFL light heavyweight tournament. Additionally, the lads recap a fantastic Cage Conflict: Heavy Artillery card.
